Attention Students: If you are submitting to the Student Paper Competition, please refer to the Student Paper Competition Rules & Guidelines first. Upon submitting, please click “yes” under the student paper question and upload both your paper and your letter from your advisor!
If you already have an account with Microsoft Conference Management Tool (CMT) enter your email address and password to login.
New users to the CMT must register. Use either the: “Registration” link or the “Create Account” link to register.
You will be prompted through the sign up wizard to create an account. Once your account has been created you may begin submitting to the conference. Please note that a short, text only abstract – up to 5,000 characters – is required, in addition to uploading a file of your paper. There is a section on the electronic submission form in the CMT that will allow you to enter your abstract.
All paper submissions will be peer reviewed and must be received in PDF format via the CMT web site on or before Monday, 19 April 2019.
Papers must be in IEEE dual-column format and must be 2 pages (minimum) to 8 pages (maximum) in length including figures.
